Paper Order Forms 
Use the paper order form sent home with your student to pay with cash or check. All Items will be delivered to the school and then sent home with your student. If you would like to pick up the items yourself please refer to the free pickup option below.

Online Sales

Shipping- For a flat rate of $10 we will ship the items directly to your door roughly two weeks after the sale ends. 

Free pickup- You may chose to pick up your items free of charge from Subway in the village of Kingsley on Friday, December 15th. Choose free pickup during checkout. If you have a paper order form please write “parent pickup” on the form and we will hold it until December 15th 

*Personalized items- Please leave the name of student and the corresponding item in the “Order special instructions” box located at the bottom of the cart 

Important- Please add special note at the bottom of the cart before you hit the checkout button
